+ 2 moreExcellent. He shows up on time, and calls you when there is any delay. A+ on punctuality and communication. He does quality work. I've painted a lot of homes, and this guy is good. He does really good prep work, and made the columns (which were looking pretty bad) look fantastic. His price was good. I had gotten other quotes (after I had gotten Dave's quote), and could not beat it. I gave him a third down at the beginning of the job, and didn't hear about money until the job was done. Overall, a professional and a quality guy. I'd hire Dave in a second if I had more work for him to do.
Description of Work: I contracted with Dave Fredrick of Fredrick Painting to paint my 3-story home. My home has hardie-board siding (so everything needs to be painted), and massive columns in front. I say this because I painted it the first time, and I can attest that it is a massive amount of work to paint this house. I contracted with Dave to:-pressure wash -1 coat of primer -1 finish coat -repair any wood rot he encounters
