Fountains Auto Repair

I have been using the company for about 5 years. They are conveniently located to my home. They are relatively quick with getting my car back to me. I can usually get the car back within a day or two. Their pricing is competitive. The staff are good to work with.

They laid out my options honestly and did not perform work before seeking approval. Willingness to provide options and not "sell" services without permission was appreciated.

When I arrived I was greeted warmly. The lady at the counter seemed knowledgeable, although they confessed to not having a lot of experience with this type (I think less than 5% of this make/model are super charged). Service did take almost a week to complete, but to be fair, she told me before I dropped the car that service would take longer than usual due to one mechanic being out and another functioning at 1/2 power due to illness.
They replaced plugs, wires, distributor cap and cleaned the throttle body. Tune up is difficult on this make and model due to the positioning of the spark plugs, but even then I thought the tune-up was overpriced - but I guess they're all high nowdays. I would recommend to a friend, but with the warning and quot;they ain't cheap!and quot;

It went very well. Brought the truck in to be inspected. They called later that day with what it needed, we approved the work, they were done the next day. Never had a moment's problem since then. Would use them any time I had problems with any of my vehicles. Very professional, friendly, didn't try to sell me more than just want was needed. Great company.

This was my first time using Fountain's Auto Repair and didn't know what to expect, although they had been recommended to me by a friend several years ago and they did have good ratings on Angie's list. When I arrived, the office manager, Shannon took me right away, and while I was explaining the problem to her, she was pretty much diagnosing it at the same time. She said she used to be a racing driver herself and she had learned a lot in her nine years with Fountains since it is a small shop. When she finished, she said they could take me home if I didn't live too far away and since I lived about 15 minutes away it worked out. The car and driver were waiting for me immediately and during the drive home I found that my driver, Cade, was the owner. Actually, I was back home in thirty minutes after leaving the house. It was the best service I can ever remember getting at a repair shop or an automotive dealer. The repairs were done the same day and I was called when they were complete. The car was ready and the AC had been repaired correctly with no need to go back again. Car was clean when I picked it up, paperwork was right, all was very efficient and courteous. I will be taking all my vehicles to Fountain's now since i got such excellent service. They also gave me a 10% discount for being a state employee, although now retired. They lived up to their great reputation and even more and I highly recommend them based on my experience.

Very well. The problem was the control switches stuck and they were very honest with me regarding how I should proceed.

The folks at Fountain's were terrific from the day I called to make an appointment. I had mentioned them looking at one of my tires, and they referred me to a local Discount Tire shop that would replace/repair it for free. So, before I even went, Fontain's was saving me money!
I asked for my brakes to be checked, an oil change and that my brake lights be checked as one was out, before going on a road trip for Thanksgiving. The staff were so fiendly and helpful. Rather than stay and wait for several hours, they took me back to my home and picked me up when my Jeep was ready! As promised, they called with the estimate before starting any work and the price estimated is the exact price I paid when my picked up my Jeep. I do not know how their pricing compares with outher local ships, but I do know it was less than the Jeep dealer. They also let me know my front brakes would need to be replaced in the next 15,000 miles and gave recommendations for other work I may want to consider down the road, but were not about to charge me for work not needed yet, which I greatly appreciated!
I would recommend Fountain's to anyone needing work done on their vehicles. I am very happy with the work they did on my Jeep and plan to use them for any future repairs.

My husband's brakes went out on his 4 wheel-drive SUV. When I called, she was very friendly and said we could tow it in at any time. We were thankful that they were able to rebuild one of the calipers instead of just replacing both of them. She gave my husband an estimate and told him that the shocks could wait since it would be a hefty bill. We opted to replace them anyway and the bill was exactly what she said when he arrived. It only took them a day to finish it. They also told us that they put on shocks that have a lifetime warrenty no matter where we take it. It was a good experience and we will use them again warranty. I gave the price a B only because I didn't get any other estimates and don't know how they were compared to other shops.

After 190,000 miles, I needed to have my brakes replaced. Fountain's assessed my needs and was able to complete the work in about 3 hours. The office manager, owner (who actually did the work), and the employees were friendly and professional. After the test drive, they even washed the car. What a pleasant surprise and a nice experience overall!

They work on all of our vehicles. They're very professional and they let you know what repairs need to be done immediately and which ones can be referred. They are cooperative in working with you and the needs for your vehicle. They don't try to get you to do things you don't need to yet. They do a good job.

They charge a lot less then the dealer. This guy we have used a long long time and we really trust him.

I've been very satisfied with their service.

They do all my auto work and I will use them again in the future.
