"My workers family and two were elderly in TMH ER during 4-5 weeks on and off. She also added much more jobs with no pay. Multiple handyman, painting, All replacements and inside outside not visible wood rut repairs, two fences and gate post replacements and all around exterior saying and cleaning were given 14 days if possible to be completed! Five days impossible and this is untrue and was not given promise. refused new contractor finish the 25% Jobs to be completed. She caused many job losses in my schedule and there has not been any proof of my dishonesty from anyone on records. I am consulting my attorney for this issue. She has taken all."
"I gave her an estimate for removing very old Mildewed kitchen cabinets and tedious drywall removal and new installation. She added tilling job for kitchen and areas next to kitchen. I also offered 15 percent senior citizen discount Workers performed well with all preps, heavy appliances removal and later reinstalling. Sue loved their job and and took them to lunch. She distracted them by giving them 1/2 of her check payment to them and not me as a signed contractor! They delivered to me, however, they were distracted with her exposing the private contract. She has managed to fire them and secretly hire one of them while a good carpenter. She further did not allow me to visit the job and not to let my other business company partners and general contractors to finish the job. When that worker of mine secretly had unknown issues, then she fired him again and complained about my business. The carpenter was a new worker and I dismissed him permanently. The other workers have excellent skill in handyman and painting services, but not experienced in cabinet work. They are the ones who have brought my business a lot positive reviews and high ratings. The workers had issues with tight area and bearing dogs inside home and also due to customers visiting her home, her unavailability several times, few days of delay on cabinet delivery during bad weather and her error in part of mismatch cabinets that could not be assembled. "I changed appointment only due to weather issues and periodical extended prior job schedules. This washer dryer reverse job was very easy, however, took three round trip with total 80 miles and four hours labor! When we arrived the homeowners greeted us and happy that we prioritized their project. I stayed at all times and helped my handyman and asked him to put pads underneath washer/dryer so that scratches on garage concrete can be avoided. There was only enough room for one person to change water lines and tighten the connections.. Ms Agnes asked my handyman to test the washer in a cycle to check all are OK. Thus there was no leak and no problem. After the job was completed, Ms. Agnes took me around the house and asked for an estimate for exterior cleaning/soft washing. She also asked for business cards to her to distribute around her neighborhood. When we left, she called on late Saturday night that there are leaks from washer and we need to come ASAP to fix it. I said though my handyman is off this Sunday, I will try to bring him or call a friend partner to come and check things out. I took my handyman and as soon as we arrived we saw only two to three cups of water has leaked and that was due to lack of washer from previous installation job! Later HomeAdviser rep asked me to contact them, Mr. Agnes brought the issue of their dryer we never touched He treated me loudly and did not want me to see what is the issue or give a free service to make them happy! Leads fee and multiple travel and time they caused me to loose funds. Apparently there has been some issues arised betwwen homeowners beyond our control."
