The guy that came out here happened to have the part on hand. He told me that when the air-conditioning was sounding funny or wasn't running properly, I did the right thing by not using it. If I had used it, it could have burned out a much larger part. I was lucky that I had turned it off and not used it because it was only one part that needed to be replaced at that time. I really feel good about them because they are always prompt. The guy that comes out really knows what he is doing. He can tell me when I have done the right thing and when I have done the wrong thing or what I should have done. I think they are a real good company. Their price is reasonable. It would be nice if it was a little less money, but it is pretty good for what it was.
