Dreadful. How does anyone do business like this?

So initially, it was great. But last year we noticed that many fence posts for the four-rail had rotted and snapped at ground level. After numerous calls, we got them to come back out and after another lengthy period of time, they replaced the posts saying that they had got a bad batch of lumber, since treated wood should not rot in 5 years. Promised that if we had any more problems, they would return and replace more, which was great. 
Last month found more rotted posts and called and spoke with a receptionist who said she would give the message to the owner. 
Has been three weeks and have heard nothing. I am not willing to play phone tag with them again and if they wish to do the fair thing and fix this problem, they would have called me back by now. 
I gave them a F in price because for the investment of rotting wood.
If they contact me and fix the remaining problems, I will happily revise this review.  

NO RESPONSE...They did not call me back

They did a really good job. They came over here really quickly and put it up. We were very satisfied with it. I like that when we called them, they came over really quickly which is kind of hard with some of the businesses around here.

They were fantastic! Price was reasonable.

I started calling in November, and it wasn't fixed until May. However, it was fixed, and that counts for something.  This wasn't a new install, but the fence leaned, leaned, leaned until it fell over. I started calling before it fell over, by the way. The owner got it fixed, even after I had written him a mean text message w/ a "do it by ----, or I'll write a scathing review on Angie's List!"  I think he meant to get it fixed sooner - lots of rain and other jobs being behind made this 'freebie' not a priority. I understand that, but 6 months of watching the fence fall over to crush the landscaping next to it was not good.  If you're asking yourself lots of "why didn't she... why did she..." questions, get over it. I'm one person, there's nobody else to help me take care of things, and I work 12 hours a day, as well as at least 1 day each weekend. I do the best I can, and home ownership is losing its allure, but the market's not back yet.  I needed this done, and it finally got done. It was not a great experience, but I'm giving the guy points for following through and showing the integrity to do it, even after I blasted him. He could have let it go and never fixed it.  Chances are, I won't be a future customer. But maybe you can be - it was handled, and it looks fine.

The superstructure of this Deck is GREAT, they worked a LOT longer to mount the boards (Evergrain) in accordance with the company's direction so that the screws would not show on the top (long story but one person in our home decided they DID NOT WANT TO SEE THE SCREW HEADS IF WE WERE PAYING THAT MUCH FOR THE DECK.)     The length of time was not an issue.  However, the down rails where the steps were installed were not done according to the company specs.  There is specific hardware that is supposed to be used and the installer took a short cut that looked very bad - so bad I called the company that makes the product to find out if this was normal - I sent pictures - he said NO! - it took FOREVER to get them to come out and correct the down rails - to their credit I think some of this was due to the company that makes the product not getting them the right materials in a timely manner.  But MONTHS???  - anyway it has all been completed now and looks GREAT.

A crew of two built the deck. They just showed up one morning and began work. With a few interruptions (waiting for building inspection), it was finished in about 10 days. Whenever I wasn't sure what was happening I called and was told what would happen next. Friends agree the deck looks great. I'm staining it myself.

The fence is beautiful, but there are some areas where it doesn't seem that well put together.  My husband and I have had to go back and secure several boards.  I asked them to come back out a fix some thing recently, but they still have not responded.

I will not be using them again.

Company not responsive to my phone calls and I moved on to another company.

It wen very well, overall. The subcontractor, Tyler, was not punctual, but was very good at his job and finished quickly. There were a few problems with the quality of the woodwork and shape of the steps surrounding the hot tub, but when we asked about it, they were fixed quickly without hesitation to our liking.
