Fitness Pro

I have known the proprietors of Fitness Pro for almost a year, and they recently invited me to attend one of their weekly Yoga training sessions.  The Yoga trainer is one of the proprietors, and she is excellent.  It was immediately obvious to me that her knowledge of Yoga is extensive.  She knew exactly how to instruct even those with no prior training in that discipline, leading all assembled to a have meaningful, healthful experience.  Her self-confidence placed all of us at ease, thereby creating an optimum learning environment throughout the duration of the class.  The training session lasted for exactly one hour, and I went home feeling absolutely great!
Fitness Pro continues to hold Yoga classes every Monday evening, and they plan to expand their Yoga training to other venues within the Tallahassee area.  - That will be a wonderful opportunity for anyone who would like to learn about Yoga and experience its many health benefits.
