Two employees arrived on time. One cleaned inside while partner worked outside. Missed a few spots later revealed by setting sun, but generally very pleased.

Just had the most uncomfortable experience ever having our windows
cleaned by Fish Windows. I felt like they were casing the place.
One
of the workers asked me tons of personal questions while staring around
the house: where my husband was, was he a surgeon, how many hours he
worked, did we both go to college, what we were getting kids for
Christmas, etc.
etc.
It was probably nothing and maybe they were just being
conversational but in any case, they were $100 more than what I usually pay and the quality was not impressive.
They were barely better
than average and based on the interrogation I was getting I was too
sketched to ask them to redo stuff. They wouldn't take screens out so
the bottom halves of our windows look dirty.
This was the 3rd time I've used Fish. 5 years ago they were EXCELLENT.
Immaculate. The 2nd time I had them come it wasn't a great experience.
So I tried "We Wash Windows" twice in a row. For some reason this time after all the house
painting, I thought I'd give Fish a 3rd try and now I'll never use them
again. We Wash Windows....it's a husband and wife. They are somewhat
slow and they tend to bicker but they do a pretty good job and are also
quite a bit less $$ for the whole house. ($125 less)
I will never ever use Fish again. Unprofessional and poor quality with higher prices. Strike 3!

The owner of the company did the original estimate in person to make sure he understood the scope of the work. so that it was priced based on the size of the home and number of windows. He documented any pertinent information that I provided in terms of expectations or issues with the work to be completed.

They showed up on time and performed the work as requested. Sufficient staff was provided to insure that the work could be completed in the time frame indicated. They moved furniture to get to the windows and doors and returned all the furniture to the original location. I work at home and found that their presence did not interfere with my work. The workers were well mannered and considerate of their surroundings.

The owner arrived with the workers and got them started and made sure they were aware of the work that was to be done. After the work was complete, the owner returned to inspect the services provided to make sure that my expectations were met.
