Description of Work: I am a real estate agent, and 1st Choice Pest Control is one I use for Wood Destroying Organism Inspections. Brian Peschl is thorough and prepares a report that repair people can work from. He is on time, polite, and good at explaining his findings.

Description of Work: New service. They treated entire inside and out. Swept under the eaves outside. Very professional. Great job and cheaper than any others we called. They will come back in between visits if we have a problem.
