"The deal was $70 for 1 worker for 2 hours. You got 2 workers for 2 hours each making a total of 4 hours work. Your repair required 4 hours to complete. The deal was any additional work over 2 hours would be billed at our normal fee. That is why you got a bill for the additional 2 hours. If one worker had done the job, it would have taken him 4 hours to complete. You [Member Information Removed] would have been billed for the additional 2 hours. After several discussions with you, it was my decision to not require you to pay for the additional 2 hours and call it even. I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding and appreciate that you were happy with the repairs."
Leakage from an AC unit in the attic caused a portion of the ceiling to collapse, leaving a hole of approximately 3 ft. x 3 ft. Fat Boys crew removed additional damaged drywall and filled the hole with new drywall. They taped the seams and re-plastered the ceiling to match the existing ceiling. The repair is barely noticeable. Prior to performing the work they covered the carpet below with paper and draped the work area on all four sides from floor to ceiling with plastic to contain the dust and debris. Afterward everything was left as clean as before. The two men were courteous and professional. The cost for the work was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
"Thank you for your review. We appreciate the opportunity to make the repairs for you. We strive to do the best job possible and leave the work area clean."
"We appreciate your good review on our drywall work. We pride ourselves on a job well done and leaving the work site clean. I'm sorry you got upset, but as I recall, you called us back for another job and when you said you needed electrical work done, I explained that I am not a licensed electrician and do not do electrical work. Thank you for taking the time to post this review."
"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I appreciate you taking the time to leave this great review. I'm glad we were able to take care of your drywall needs. We strive to be on time, get the job done efficiently and leave the work site clean. Thank you, Joe Pelletier"
Wow, after being told that Joe's work was some of the best ever seen, it was a lot to live up to and he did not disappoint. They came and covered everything fully to make sure nothing was exposed to the plaster being applied to the ceiling. I mean the walls and even a paper trail from outside the house to the back room where they would be walking. He gave me a selection of plaster effects that could be used. Not only did he do the bedroom but ,when asked, some small spots on the ceilings of other rooms. He was so quick. They work well and efficiently together. After it all dried up, it was beautiful and I smile every time I look at it. They were a little late due to another job they were working on that went overtime, but he was well worth the wait.
