The technician arrived 2 1/2 hours late. He announced that if I wanted the furniture moved I should have told him. I have never hired carpet cleaners who expected me to move the furniture. I believe if that's the case, we should have been told when making the appointment. Then he told me he had a bad back and couldn't really help much. I found some furniture moving discs to put under the legs of the dining room table etc. and did most of the moving (5'3" female). He began spraying the rugs with overspray going all over the hardwood floors. When he was asked what he was spraying on the rugs and floor, he could not tell me. He saturated the three area rugs and said they would dry in 10-12 hours. It has taken 5 days for them to dry even with fans on them. The service was cheap (only $70) but terrible. My husband called the company twice to speak with someone about the service but no one has called back. That's when I decided to post my review. Never, ever again!
It was cheap, so I guess we got what we paid for, but I wouldn't recommend them.
If it were more money involved in the repair /dirt removal I would turn it over to their insurance or mine and let State Farm go after them......They have a TOTAL disregard for other's property and should not be left unsupervised in a home.
