Hair Salons/Barbers
My experience at Envy was okay. I was surprised to find that they only do "dry cuts". They blow dry your hair and then straighten (flatten it, in my case) it with a ceramic iron and then they cut it. I wish I had known this before hand because I would have gone somewhere else. The haircut was acceptable, but not really what I described to the stylist. Also, I showed her a photo of the color of the highlights that I wanted and it turned out a lot darker than I described. I will go somewhere else next time.
