They were very unprofessional. They left work undone. They cut through a wall and didn't even tell anyone. The owner was rude and yelled at my 83 year old mother for no reason at all. He lacked response to calls. When he did finally come out, he brought witnesses with him. They put in three fire and smoke detectors in without telling me. He told me that it was the law, but acted like he didn't know about it three months before. He then charged me for it. After I discovered that he had installed them I had him move one. He put a new hole in the ceiling instead of replacing it where they old one was. If he could get a rating of Z. That's what I would give them.

The subcontractors were supposed to be paid through our contractor but he had all of them come see me for payment. The owner was unprofessional and angry for no reason. He withheld services out of anger but he didn?t discuss the issue with the homeowner. They did shoddy work; they cut through a wall, left it unrepaired, and didn?t even mention it to me. They will not come back to service the products that they installed even though they are under a year warranty. They didn?t give me the paperwork so I had no way to register the product with the manufacturer; I don?t even know the name or number of the product. Initially they installed the wrong product and I only found out because I found a box in the dumpster for the wrong fixture so I made them replace it. Now, that product isn?t working.
