They were polite, quick, explained everything well, and the work was very well done. They were able to get us a great financing package and weren't high pressure for the maintenance package/extended warranty.

So far great. Used city loan and rebate program. Delaney and his crew were out promptly for estimate and the work. Very knowledgeable.

My home was constructed with 2 zones -- upstairs & downstairs. I advised the contractor that, based on past experience, that I believed the home needed at least 3, perhaps 4 zones. The contractor assured me that 2 zones was sufficient enough to handle all 3600 sq.ft. WRONG!. In the winter, while the LR/kitchen area was fine, the bedroom temperatures dipped down to the lower 60s. And summers were unbearable. I had to run the AC all the time to keep the bedrooms cool. Donny's re-ducted and added 2 more zones on the lower level. It works wonderfully! They were about $500 cheaper than the original HVAC installer. I have since called Donny's back out for other HVAC repairs, which I probably would not have needed had Donny's been the original HVAC contractor. I would highly recommend.

This provider is worthless!!!  I set up an appointment to begin the HVAC maintanance plan.  I even confirmed the appointment the day before.  To this day, the provider has never shown up for the scheduled appointment, not called me with a reason for not keeping the appointment.  Forget Donny's and find someone else for your HVAC needs.

They're amazing. They're surely responsive. We live in Florida. If your air goes out in a middle of a hundred-degree day, they're really off to come out in 24 hours to get something fixed and getting parts shipped quickly. They're very affordable. They're the best in town price-wise. They're always on time. They're professional but friendly.

They installed a new HP air conditioning for me last year. They were here in April. They hauled off the old and installed the new. They did the disposal because of the environmental protection part, for the gases. They upgraded it and got in a more higher energy efficient unit. It's one hundred and forty nine dollars for a semi-annual visit. From beginning to end, they did the whole nine yards. They did everything in a timely manner and I did not have any complaints. They are dependable, they are professional and they do good work. I would recommend them in an heartbeat. They use good quality products in their work too. They upgraded a Jameson for an American Standard. I would give them an 'A' overall. I would absolutely use them in the future.

The person came out to look at the job to give me a quote. I never heard from him after that. So, I received no quote. There is no way I was going to call someone to give them work if they can't even respond after looking over the job to buy a new ac system and move it out of a closet to the garage. There is no way I would do business with them.

I have Old Republic home warranty and called them to have my A/C looked at. At first, Donny's told me the whole unit was bad and needed to be replaced. I called Old Republic about replacing it and they said they couldn't replace it because Donny's didn't go far enough in their evaluation due to and quot;moldand quot;. Old Republic said I'd need to get a professional mold remover out there first before they'd be able to determine if it needed to be replaced. At this point, I know something is fishy because Donny's didn't mention mold but they did say the unit was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. It sounded to me like Donny's and Old Republic were working together to help each other but not the customer.
With no other options, I got estimates for mold removal and after being shocked by the prices, I decided to go under the house and look at it myself. It was not mold, it was clearly dust that was wet. I cleaned up the unit and requested that Donny's come back out and look at it after explaining to them it wasn't mold and that I cleaned it. They then determined a part wasn't working and would need to be replaced. After replacing the part, the A/C unit worked properly but they never tested the heat. I never thought to test the heat after they serviced the A/C. Now it's winter time and I need my heat. When I tried to use it, it was blowing unheated air and never warmed the house. I called Donny's to follow up on it and they refused to consider this a related issue and wanted to charge me just to look at it. I can't believe they don't honor their work and follow up on issues that arise from something they did. My heater was working perfectly before they serviced my A/C and is now not working at all and they refuse to even look at it to determine why it's now not working. I will be warning friends to avoid Donny's as they do not stand behind their work.

They did excellent work on a timely basis and in a professional manner. Isolating the problem with the furnace was difficult but the techs were dogged in their testing until they found it.

Donny's is contracted to the home-warranty company with which I have a policy. Each service call requires that I pay a $60.00 deductible. Donny's has fixed my A/C 3 times. Each problem was different. (It's a very old unit which will soon need replacement.) Each call was made within 24 hours from when I contacted the warranty company. The technician was very professional, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed 2 of the 3 problems on the spot. One of the problems required that the work be "pre-approved" by the warranty company. That cost 1 extra day, and when Donny's came back they fixed the problem immediately. There has been no recurrence of any of the problems. Their tech worked in a very clean manner both in the attic and in the yard. He stood out for his fund of knowledge and professionalism. I am very pleased.

Terrible! After weeks of waiting for a quote, I went with another company outside of my home warranty company.

The first experience with Donny's was a maintenance issue. The freon had leaked out and was not cooling...somewhat important as the temperatures were upper 90s and near 100 degrees! Although we were not previous customers of Donny's, they responded VERY quickly and diagnosed the problem very quickly. The price was reasonable and the technician was very courteous. Unfortunately, we had to call them back for several more maintenance calls...again, the price was reasonable and the technician was capable and courteous. These repeat calls were not the fault of Donny's...just an old system that needed attention.

With this in mind, when the unit starting acting up, we called them. The unit was truly died, and my husband decided enough was enough...a new one had to be installed. Donny gave us an estimate to replace the compressor and air handler....installation, any changes/modification needed, etc. of $5,500.00. We had checked around regarding the price of this brand, size, and installation and felt this was a fair price...not cheap, but not bad. Also, he could have the work done on the next work day...which was our preference! Donny gave us the estimate and said the technician would be at our house about 9:00 AM.

The technicians arrived at 9:00 AM...we were amazed! They got right to work, no talking, smoking, breaks, etc. They took good care to protect the flooring inside the house and were very polite and pleasant. What a delightful surprise! This was not the first time we had to deal with vendors and technicians. Our past experiences had taught us that the workers could be sketchy, late, and not terribly inclinded to do their best work. Oh...they were finished with everything and gone by noon!!

The next surprise was how quickly they installed, tested, and cleaned up the house and outside work locations. At this point, I wouldn't have been to upset if the actual cost was a little more than the estimate...but...another surprise. The estimate was $5,500.00....the actual bill at the end of the installation...$5,500.03. THREE CENTS DIFFERENCE!!! My husband was so shocked and delighted he could barely write the check!

We will definitely work with this business again...hopefully not for a long time to come. We will tell everyone we know about our very good experience with Donny's!

Again...thank you Donny and guys. Oh...the system has been put throught its paces with the crazy fluctuations of temperature and has performed like a champ!

They were fine and did a good job. They made two trips. They first came out and diagnosed it. Then they got the part and came back the next day to repair it. I would use their services in the future too.
