DISCOUNT TIRE CO

I'm from out of town but visit the area often. I tried pricing a full set of tires in my hometown but checking with Discount Tires, they beat the best price I had found by several hundred dollars while providing tires with a better mileage rating.
Since I was from out of town, I called and obtained a quote and scheduled the service over the phone. I talked with Shane and he was very helpful and friendly. 
I went to Tallahassee over a week later. They took my car in and performed the service at the quoted price without any hidden fees or delays. I was very happy with the service and will return again.

For the first time in my life, purchasing tires for my vehicle was simple, smooth, honest, and hassle-free. After visiting the website and placing an order, I had my appointment at the Killearn Center Blvd, Tallahassee, FL location this morning. Everything went perfect and I was out with new tires in less than 30 minutes. The charge was exactly as quoted anbre was no pressure sales, a friendly attitude, clear answers to my questions, and they welcomed me as a new (and definitely returning) customer. When the car was ready, we were met by the assistant manager as we were leaving.... and get this... he said "thank you" and gave us all handshakes. WOW! When does this happen anymore.

Technicians evaluated front tire safety issues and suggested suitable replacement tires. They explained differences between various tires and optional services and coverage. Work was done promptly.

I would definitely recommend them as to price, quality and knowledge. However, do make time in your schedule as I had an appointment set up and it was around 30 to 45 minutes after my scheduled time that my car was taken in.

I drove his car to Discount Tires and they were very professional and did not try to up-sell me more expensive tires than I asked for. They were fast and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been using them for the last twelve years and it has been excellent. Their prices are competitive. What is nice about them is that you can go in there, they will check your tire pressure for free any time you drive in, they rotate your tires for free if you buy tires from them. We blew two tires on our way back from Atlanta, we had bought the tires from them and we had twenty-five miles on them, so they gave us a hundred percent off on those tires and a seventy-five percent off on the other two tires. I really appreciated about how they handled it and I felt comfortable that they were not going to mess with me. They don't do any wheel alignment; they simply sell tires, and balance the tires and rotate them. They take your car right in, they tell you how much time they are going to take and you can go ahead, have a sandwich or coffee or something and they will be ready promptly about the time they say they are going to be ready.

They had the exact tires that I wanted. I received a hundred dollars off for purchasing a full set. They include tire warranties up to a certain limit. The tires were fine and in good condition.

It was free. I purchased a warranty after I bought my car. They are a national chain. They are responsive. The speed of their service depends on how many people are there. They are pretty punctual. We don't have to wait long.
