I called the Michelin Customer Service Number
Zack at Michelin advised me to take the Tire into Discount Tire in Tallahassee.
I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer
service that Josh Muehlenbech provided on Tuesday March 31, 2015.
I needed toquestions answered concerning my Michelin Tire Warranty. Josh Muehlenbech was
very attentive and helpful. He took the time to explain what was needed to
comply with requirement for the terms of the Michelin warranty and to show what
was necessary to properly address my question and concerns. Josh Muehlenbech
is very knowledgeable about what is involved with the tire market and with the
Michelin Tire Warranty. Josh called Michelin and discussed my dilemma. Michelin stated that they would authorize a
rebate to me. He was genuinely interested in helping me.
Because of his efforts, I was able to learn what I exactly needed and received from an
outstanding performance by an employee of Discount Tire in Tallahassee, Florida

They were able to mount my new tire on the spare rim which required that they cut the lock cable since the lock was frozen.
