Great service. Prompt and efficient. Gave us good advise on how often to have dryer duct cleaned. Since he left, clothes dry in half the time!

How did it go? Well, not having any problems - so ok!

The work was done quickly and Jason was able to answer all of our questions.

The dryer was taking a long time to dry clothes, and I could see the rooftop exhaust was partially blocked with lint. I called Jason at Dirty Ducts based on reviews on Angie's List. He was able to come out the next day.
He cleaned the dryer vent system inside and outside the house in less than an hour. He also replaced the dryer hose coupling between the dryer and the wall at no additional charge.
Jason really knows what he's doing, and he does it well and for a reasonable price. Being a senior citizen, I also got a discount.
Needless to say, Jason and Dirty Ducts are now on my annual calendar!

Simple. Came, did the work. helped with items that were unknown to me like an exhaust pipe that had detached from the vent. Very good and effective.

Jason came the same day I called. He was unable to come at the appointed time due to an emergency but called and set up a later time. He came, did an excellent job, and even discounted the price because he couldn't make the original appointment. GREAT SERVICE! Will definitely use again.

Not only has drying time been significantly reduced but Jason discovered a real problem with our air conditioning duct work. A portion of our attic flooring had collapsed and air was not only coming through our room vents but escaping into the attic as well. We knew something was wrong when our Talquin Electic bill more than doubled in June and July and we had already had two plumbers and two AC guys out to check our attic units. In addition, we had an energy audit performed by Talquin and no one - and I mean not one of these guys - ever noticed our AC was blowing into the attic and our attic air temp was around 73 degrees. Thank goodness for Jason or we would have continued to experience high utilitiy bills and never known there was even a problem. I will definitely have Jason back on an annual basis to have my dryer vent duct maintained and to police our attic for us. Thanks, Jason!

Jason arrived on time. He was very polite and friendly. He made sure he didn't track in dirt. He did the job thoroughly and even caulked the outside vent for me without being asked. My dryer is now working like it should. I couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to others.

I called Dirty Ducts and received a call back within minutes that he would be able to come out the same day. He gave me a very reasonable price which was lower than most others. True to his word he arrived on time, cleaned from the roof, attic, and behind the dryer. He was fast, thorough, meticulous, professional, and careful.
I highly recommend this business and will call him again on a yearly/bi-yearly basis to maintain our dryer ducts.

My dryer shut down and started smelling something burning. I had the fire department come to see what was wrong.
The duct to my dryer was very badly clogged. I was told I needed to find someone to clean it out.
Knowing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this stuff (and being a senior citizen),I felt stuck.
I was given the name of a couple companies. Dirty Ducts was the one I chose. (Catchy name.) :)
The company was very good with me. Especially given, at the same time, my 13 year old and quot;puppyand quot; was very sick and needed to go to the vets. I was pretty much at my wits end with a lot of things happening all at once....and only ME to deal with them all!!
The people from dirty ducts came out to assess the situation and to schedule one of their mechanics to come out and fix the problem for me.
All the people I met on the phone or in person from Dirty Ducts were thoroughly professional and AWFULLY kind to me....from the woman I spoke to at their office to the young man who came and fixed my dryer.....they made me feel safe. That's very important!!
A person my age could be easily ripped off. (Lord knows I was vulnerable enough!) I feel very fortunate to get a gem of a
company like DIRTY DUCTS!!!

It took one day to hear back from Jason when I called him. He was prompt, professional and pleasant. He checked the vent and said he would fix it with a better connection. It took him just a few minutes. He did not charge me for the visit and said to call him back when I needed him and tell others about him. It has been difficult in the past to find someone to do this. I was very pleased with his work.
