Dirty Ducts
About us
Dirty Ducts is locally owned and operated by Jason Reese, established in 2008 servicing the greater Tallahassee area. Lint can be a hidden fire hazard and is the material most likely to ignite. Clogged lint-screens, disconnected or ripped dryer-vent hoses, crushed hoses behind the clothes dryer, poor dryer-vent design, screens placed over the exhaust point, use of white plastic vent hoses instead of aluminum foil ones-all produce the same blockage, and all cause dryer fires. Even bird nests in dryer vents are possible. All these problems are preventable with seasonal vent inspections and cleanings if necessary. If a problem is found, Dirty Ducts will work hard to solve, saving consumers from a possible house fire and thousands of dollars in damages as well as help reduce energy cost. If Dirty Ducts does not fix the problem related to a dryer vent, we will not charge you until the problem is fixed.

He cleaned the dryer vent system inside and outside the house in less than an hour. He also replaced the dryer hose coupling between the dryer and the wall at no additional charge.
Jason really knows what he's doing, and he does it well and for a reasonable price. Being a senior citizen, I also got a discount.
Needless to say, Jason and Dirty Ducts are now on my annual calendar!
I highly recommend this business and will call him again on a yearly/bi-yearly basis to maintain our dryer ducts.
A very satisfied customer!
He also made sure that we understood that if we were in any way dissatisfied with the work, or if our problem was not resolved that he would return to do additional work at no cost to us.
We were very impressed and highly recommend this business.
The duct to my dryer was very badly clogged. I was told I needed to find someone to clean it out.
Knowing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this stuff (and being a senior citizen),I felt stuck.
I was given the name of a couple companies. Dirty Ducts was the one I chose. (Catchy name.) :)
The company was very good with me. Especially given, at the same time, my 13 year old and quot;puppyand quot; was very sick and needed to go to the vets. I was pretty much at my wits end with a lot of things happening all at once....and only ME to deal with them all!!
The people from dirty ducts came out to assess the situation and to schedule one of their mechanics to come out and fix the problem for me.
All the people I met on the phone or in person from Dirty Ducts were thoroughly professional and AWFULLY kind to me....from the woman I spoke to at their office to the young man who came and fixed my dryer.....they made me feel safe. That's very important!!
A person my age could be easily ripped off. (Lord knows I was vulnerable enough!) I feel very fortunate to get a gem of a
company like DIRTY DUCTS!!!
