They did a great job and were conveniently located for me. I was impressed how they can immediately "scan" your front end when you drive in and show you on the computer screen how your front wheel are aligned our out of alignment. I like that you can drop off your vehicle for service the day before.

My service advisor called and told me the front right hub bearing assembly needed to be replaced at a cost of around $500. I authorized the repair. On the way home, after I paid for the repair, I remembered they replaced a hub bearing assembly several years ago. They told me it came with a lifetime warranty. When I got home I found my receipt from November 2013 documenting that I had indeed replaced the right front hub bearing - the same part number appeared on both receipts and the part number was marked with an asterisk indicating lifetime warranty. I immediately called my service advisor. She found the receipt from 2013 and told me she would turn it over to her service manager. Two full working days have gone by (three if you count Saturday) and I haven't heard a thing from them. I'm also irritated that their computer system didn't alert them that they were replacing a part under warranty. This shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Oil change

No problems at all. Everybody was very nice and professional. It is wonderful to find a service department at a dealership that fixes problems the first time without breaking something else in the process.

This visit was good. they did it in a timely fashion. I use them more often than other places when having work on my Hummer. They provide good service but not anything like the "old days" when Proctor owned it. Back then they were very punctual, came out to your car to greet you right away when dropping off, and ALWAYS washed your car for you when doing any service (even just an oil change). They will still do the car wash, but only if you request it.

They are wonderful. They are so nice. Anytime I have any problems they take such good good care of me. And they have a shuttle service that brings you home, which is nice.
