 + -1 moreWe have been fortunate to not really have a need for a plumber before and I honestly was a little worried about how expensive this repair would be. The person who answered the phone and set up the appointment was friendly and knowledgable. The plumber was prompt and professional. The repair was completed within a couple of hours and the price was reasonable. We would definitely call Cureton Plumbing again!
Description of Work: We needed a leaking water supply pipe outside our house repaired.

 + -1 moreMr. Cureton came out to take a look at the job (replacing some drain pipes) and provide an estimate. He was a bit late (as was I, but I called to let him know this, and we arrived at the same time), but was friendly. He said he would have the estimate to me within two days. Several days later, I sent a friendly follow up email thanking him for coming out and and just making sure he had my contact information correct. I never heard back.
Description of Work: Failed to provide estimate.

Description of Work: "Called Cureton Plumbing to have 2 new toilets installed. I had already purchased the toilets at Home Depot, so I just needed the installation done. The young woman who answered the phone was courteous and very helpful. She was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The young man who did the installs was quick (just under an hour for the two toilets) and kept the bathrooms clean after he completed the tasks. He even offered to carry the bulky boxes the toilets were packaged in to the curb. Labor was $92 for the hour's work and then another $40 for parts (supply lines and wax rings). Highly recommend them!"

 + -1 moreAlex arrived right on time. I had purchased the parts in advance, but had been unsuccessful in installing them. Part of the hot water handle wouldn't even come off. Alex installed both stems in about 20 minutes, and they're drip free. Next he fixed the two hose bibs in about 5 minutes so I didn't have to pay anything except the $92 fee for coming to my house. He applied the 5% Angie's list coupon, and he was extremely courteous. He didn't make me feel small because I couldn't fix this myself.
Description of Work: The plumber, Alex replaced two shower faucet stems with their accompanying seats, and then tightened the packing nuts on two hose bibs to stop leaks.

The plumber even saw a small problem while he was installing the new toilet and fixed that problem at no extra charge. The service man cleaned up any left over mess and hauled off our old toilet also.

Description of Work: About 6 outdoor faucets were replaced; a toilet that was leaking was repaired and a line that was no longer needed was closed off.
