Plumbing
Mr. Cox never returned to install the new valve. I called him twice and got different excuses of why he had not returned. After 4 days I purchased a new valve for $2.25 and installed it myself. A friend, that had recommended Mr. Cox, said he talked to him and asked why he never completed the job. He was told that it was too expensive for him to drive 25 miles to my home to complete the job. Since I had paid him $80 cash for 15 minutes of minor labor he had made more than enough to be able to return and finish the job. This company cares nothing about customer service!!!
