Mr. Cox never returned to install the new valve. I called him twice and got different excuses of why he had not returned. After 4 days I purchased a new valve for $2.25 and installed it myself. A friend, that had recommended Mr. Cox, said he talked to him and asked why he never completed the job. He was told that it was too expensive for him to drive 25 miles to my home to complete the job. Since I had paid him $80 cash for 15 minutes of minor labor he had made more than enough to be able to return and finish the job. This company cares nothing about customer service!!!
Description of Work: My water well was not operating correctly. I called Mr. Cox and he said he would come out on a Sunday for no additional charge. He did come out and checked my well system. He said the problem was a bad air valve and installed a used part since he had no new parts on his service truck. The well seemed to be okay and he stated that he would get a new valve and install it the next day.
