I like everything about Costco. Selection, price, layout. Just moved to an area that does not have a Costco and am in mourning. Sams club just does not measure up

This is not the best Costco I have been to, but it  is good. The meats are excellent, and are higher quality than the expensive specialty grocers. For staples, the Costco coupons make items extremely good buys. Costco requires thoughtful shopping and is not a good place for impulse buying. A smart Costco shopper can save a ton of money. Also, Costco and Sam's are not in the same league. Costco carries much more upscale items and is a far better shopping environment in terms of selection, cleanliness and staff competence.

I have been a costco member for over 20 years. Unlike sams club there is just overall better customer service, and better quality products at costco. They will accept returns up to 2 years old, even without a receipt, if you are ever unhappy with a product they have sold. Recently I received a flyer in the mail that contained mostly everything I purchased a few days before, when I contacted customer service about it I was told simply bring in my receipt and they will refund the difference.

Fresh vegetables and fruits are normally of high quality, and many of them are organic. The frozen, grain, juice sections also offer a great selection of organic. In the rare occasion that any item, including the ones mentioned above, needed to be returned, the process was always expeditious. This also includes items bought via Costco's website, which are home delivered. Customer service is invariably excellent, and the Costco employes who offer help in the different areas of the store are always dedicated, knowledgeable and courteous. Check out is unparalleled for its promptness, efficacy, and care.

As with any wholesaler, you must know the going price of items to make wise choices. However, I prefer them to the other wholesale club in town; their store is brighter and cleaner, employees more friendly and helpful. Selection may be a bit less in several categories, but their produce is lovely and bakery is extensive! Cafe cannot be beat for great lunch which is also cheap! Only thing is I wish their membership were less $.

Purchased and install 2 tires for sons 1995 Toyota Corolla. Had an appointment but still waited one hour for complete job. Staff were professional and retreived car for us.

They did a great job for a reasonable price. They charge a flat rate for up to a certain number of slides and then after that, they charge a different amount. A friend of mine is a professional photographer and he has been using them for several years now; he was the one who recommended them to me. So far I have been pretty pleased with them. They are really good and they also fill cartridges for computer printers in house; I can take my cartridge when I stop there to shop and I can pick it up when I am ready to leave. It is a very good service.

I recommend Costco. There was about a $1000 savings at Costco for my heating and cooling unit compared to other places. I love that store. Not only is it cost effective but they have higher quality goods than their competitor that's around the corner. If I have to choose between the two, it's Costco all the way. They have everything.
