 + -1 moreDavid never kept his promises, had to to supervised him whenever he did show up, he had problems getting materials to the job site, he began to not show up, wouldn't answer his phone, return texts or emails, his sub contractors called and complained about not being paid, he eventually quit showing up with no communication. Another contractor had to be hired to complete the job. David talks the talk, comes across as a nice guy that will do the job right, but when it comes to performance forget about it. Its my opinion, but do not hire him!!!!!
Description of Work: siding job on several buildings.....
