Technical reliability and customer service is an epic failure. You don't get what you pay for.

The phone line offered little help. When I purchased the phone service, the Hartsfield Rd. office failed to apply a bundled price, and this failure led to a significant bill that the phone desk eventually lowered through application of the bundling discount.
