Contacted the realtor to sell 5 acres in Tallahassee: initially Mr
Jacobs responded and said that he could help us sell the land. Two
months passed and he did not write up a contract, after stating he would
send the contract to us. Contacted Mr Jacobs
telling him we will find another realtor. Concerned if this is the way he does business, with little communication or follow up, working with him would be very difficult.
