I called Charlie about rerouting my clothes dryer from the roof to directly outside. He gave me an estimate and asked if he could come out the next day. His crew arrived right on time, actually a little early, which was great. Removed the dryer, did the rerouting and installed new outside unit, cleaned up and reattached dryer vent and where finished within a short period of time. There work was very clean and neat and very professional. Another job well done!

They made sure everything worked. I would give them straight A's on everything.

First, Mr. Williams was responsive to my left message and very nice on the phone. He scheduled an appointment quickly, at my convenience. The technicians were 5-10 minutes early, came in and got right to work, finished it all in an hour and were very polite. I was extremely pleased with the service. The only thing they didn't do was itemize my bill - it just had a lump sum. I imagine that if I had asked them to break it all out, they would have, but I didn't have time - needed to get back to work.

They have good price. They are reliable, and they provide quality service. I have been dealing with them for the past couple years.

He did a complete over all check of systems, cleaned drain pipe, coils, pan and unstopped the back up. Also he has done plumbing, hot water heater replacement, a/c replacement and other repairs for me in the past and he is always great! Always cleans up the work area very well, lets me know cost before beginning work and recommends products that he would want and thinks is the best preforming. All products I have purchased through him have been excellent and have lasted a long time. Highly recommended.

I called them after having a bad experience during a bathroom renovation with White's Plumbing. White's had come in initially to repair a leak that had done considerable damage to the subfloor, thereby cracking tile on the floor and in the shower. They "fixed" the leak and gave us an estimate to complete the remodel job. It was astronomical. So I decided to call a few others to compare prices. Charlie came over to give me an estimate to complete the job. I liked him immediately, very likeable and knowledgable. I also liked his estimate. He found a leak under the house that White's had left behind, which would have caused the problems again that made us do the remodel in the first place! His pricing was very fair and they did a great job. He also is easy to reach, and he responds quickly if you have an issue. I will definitelty have him do my upstairs bathroom when I have the money.
