Description of Work: My moves are complicated by too many possessions....however....this mover didn't take time to reallly help me settle into our new home....everything was rushed, dresser drawers were stuffed with towels making the furniture too heavy, things that had to go into storage were not carefully packed in the storage room and the organization that I had hoped for, didn't happen. I felt, in the end, I was overcharged....we had down time because of a broken truck, etc. I didn't feel good about the experience and, although I had used this mover twice before I will not use him again.. Final indignity was that I received a call, nearly a year after we moved, from a local business, who had discovered one of my missing boxes in their stack of boxes that had been delivered in the intervening time by this same mover....in other words, boxes for various moves seem to have gotten mixed up on this company's truck or in their transfer between trucks.
