 + -1 moreKristina was non-communicative, and left things that the seller agreed to handle until the day of closing, or not done at all. It's been three weeks and we don't have the window screens that she took to clean and repair. Seller agreed to clean the house, which Kristina agreed to handle. The house was not cleaned, and after engaging in a verbal confrontation with our real estate agent, grudgingly agreed to pay for cleaning services. The check she wrote unfortunately bounced.
Description of Work: Kristina Petrandis was the seller's agent on a home sale.
