Great. The service technician called before coming out and arrived on time. He was professional, courteous and did a great job. I definitely recommend this company.

I had been dissatisfied with the job another carpet cleaner did, so I pointed out the problem areas to the tech. He was very professional, polite, and sincere about not bad mouthing the other carpet cleaner, but explained why stains may have reappeared. He got the stains out and did a good job with the rest of the carpet. The carpet, which is very old, looked really good after it dried..much better than expected, and it smelled good too. My only complaint is that he didn't place some of the light furniture, eg. coffee table and two chairs on the foam things they usually use. He may have forgotten, and I didn't notice til after he was gone. I will use Capital City Steam Carpet Cleaners again.

All three experiences were excellent - the carpet clearing was fast and very thorough, and I was extremely happy with the result. Scheduling was easy, and the company was highly responsive, even calling one time to say they could come earlier if that worked for me. The actual service was performed very quickly, but obviously was not a rush-job that sacrificed quality. Cost was very reasonable. I will use Capital City Steam Clean again.
