Buddy Gridley

Buddy grew up in the Tallahassee area. His father owned a music store. He was recommended at the Century 21 office where he works because he knows the areas outlying town very well. He is a straight-up, down-home kind of guy, not the snake in the grass realtor type at all. I looked at at least 50 houses all over creation before buying. His advice about various communities was right on target. We spent days looking at homes before I bought, and he was really patient. Not only that, he sent me notices from the local paper and other sources of events taking place in the spring that might interest me. Let me know what was happening in the area. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
