Just finished a septic inspection with Tim and Eddie at Brian’s Septic in Tallahassee Florida. They were great. They explained what they were doing throughout the inspection, and what they were looking for, which was very helpful. They made sure to show us how the system was properly functioning, and that there were no issues observed. they also made sure not to drive on the concrete portion of the driveway. That was very respectful. We are very happy with Brian’s Septic service and would highly recommend them to anyone else who needs a septic inspection.

Brian's service was top notch from the office staff to the technicians who worked on our septic tanks (2 on property). One tank needed to be located. These guys were prompt, courteous, skilled, and very fast. The price was less than we expected. We look forward to their helping us with future maintenance.

Everything went very well. The company responded the next day after I called and was able to rearrange some scheduling so they could come that day. John and Keith were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a good job while answering all my questions so I could understand what was going on. I would recommend the company and John and Keith without hesitation.

- [ ] If ever in need of a septic tank pump out or drainfill installation or repair you can't a more honest or fair person than Brian. Brian's septic service is the company I highly recommend. Brian is very professional , and efficient . After having to have my tank pumped , found out I was having issues with tree roots killing my drainfill line. Brian came out and explained to me in great detail what needed to be done to repair and fix the problem.,and quoted me a extremely fair price on what the job would cost. After agreeing to use their service he scheduled me and even came out days earlier than the scheduled ,which made me a happy camper. All the crew that done me a super nice job were were very courteous and professional thanks so much guys! Alan Tillman

Went fine. They have long hose which we required so that truck could remain in driveway and not drive on ground. Old lid fell in tank and they replaced with new plastic lid.

Brian's Septic Service was on time, was courteous, professional and efficient. He was very thorough and explained everything to my wife what he was doing. Explained how the septic system works, and tips and tricks. Just calling around his price seemed to be right in the middle. Excellent value for the money. He came out the next day. He was right there on time - he gave us a range and he got there right at that time.

Brian did an excellent job providing us with an inspection and pumping of our septic system. We currently reside out of state and Brian met our real estate broker at the residence, he was prompt and did a thorough inspection of the entire septic system including our drain fields. His prices were very fair and the service was great! He took time to explain and go over everything on the phone with me prior to and after the job. We would highly recommend him and will definitely be using his service the next time we need septic cleaned. A+
