Our 2015 Subaru Forester had an altercation with our fence gate and ripped up the rear bumper (my fault and not the car). The Subaru dealer does not do body work so they referred us to this body shop. We took the car by (without an appointment) and were seen immediately and within 15 minutes had an estimate and a date to bring the car in for repair. This shop works with a car rental business and we made a reservation for the day (we were told the repair would take one whole day). We brought the car in at 9:00 am on the appointment day and were picked up by the rental car company. The body shop called later in the day and said the car would be ready the next morning. The next morning we picked up the car and the bumper looked like it had always been there. In addition the did a great job of washing the car (we have no covered place for the car so it spends all its time outside exposed to the environment). The total cost (half up front, half at completion) was as estimated. In fact I had originally budgeted several hundred more dollars for the repair, so it was nice that the cost was much less then I thought it would be. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. We are very happy. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who needs body work.

Great. They put the wrong plastice protective cover on the rear but I accepted it and didn't tell them. Mine was not the brand cover and they used the brand cover which was smaller.

Bed was removed from the frame. Frame was pressure washed to remove 12 years of baked on mud. Cab was stripped down.
Right front and rear quarter panels were replaced with OEM parts. Worn door seals were replaced. A total repaint in the OEM color makes this truck shine!
I would love to attach pictures...
Overall, I am ecstatic about my "new" truck!

The vehicle was towed to Body Builders following the accident;  contact was made the next day.  Company handled the contacts with the other driver's insurance company and aided in obtaining a rental vehicle.  They did an excellent and thorough job of repairs including taking the vehicle to the dealership to reset some of the computer programs.  We have used this company in the past and highly recommend them.
