 + -1 moreIt is going well, and Bob is very qualified to do his management job.
Description of Work: Called Bob and asked him to take over management of my rental property in Tallahassee. He went and got the keys and we filled out a new rental lease with the renter and he's been managing my property since February of this year and I'm very happy with his services.

Description of Work: We had a very unresponsive property manager for our rental property located in Tallahassee, FL. Before we moved, it was our home. While we lived there, Bob Wolfe moved into the neighborhood and we got to know him and his wife. About 5 years after we met Bob, we moved 2,200 miles away and put our precious house up for rent. After the tennants we originally rented to indicated they were unable to pay the rent anymore and would be moving, we were faced with either going back to manage the mess our tennants left or finding someone over there (now 2,200 miles from where we presently live), Bob came to mind. I phoned him to explain the disater that was brewing in my house and asked him if he would be my property manager. He graciously said yes. WHAT A WONDERFUL MAN! He is thorough, competent, reliable and honest. People can give one another gifts throughout their lives, but very few can give the gift of piece of mind. Bob Wolfe has given me the gift of piece of mind. This is the best gift anyone can give. Thank you, Bob, I am in your debt.
