HORRIBLE!!! we've had them come out twice thanks to our home warranty. plumber complained the whole time about having to do the work. when we needed a new water heater and called our home warranty, who in turn, called Blount. THEY REFUSED TO COME INSIDE OUR HOME TO LOOK AT THE WATER HEATER!! when we asked for 2 quotes, one for tankless, one for standard, he started yelling that he shouldn't have to give us a quote. when i finally convinced him to get us a quote, he yelled back it would be $4500 and hung up. If that wasn't enough, we have more plumbing issues. we called our home warranty again, and alas-- blount got called. 3 days later-- NO WORD!!! I called my home warranty and had them change vendors. I will never be using this company again!!

Very well. It was a difficult stoppage and he kept working at it til was was working normalls. He had also called to let me know there would be a delay getting here which was not a problem. I appreciated the call.

It went great. I called them up and they called me back, the next morning someone was here working on it.

We were pleased with the service we got.  They did it in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves.  There was just one guy and he was professional.  I probably told him the wrong things.  He got here thinking that there was a proper septic tank, he tried for that and that was not happening.   Price wise again it was my fault because we told him there was a septic tank so price was fine.  I expected that he would ask for more.  We will use this provider in the future.
