Bixler Energy & Environment (Bixler E & E) is a consulting company that caters to commercial and residential real estate markets. We conduct Phase 1 Environmental Site assessments for commercial property transactions. We cater to residential home owners who are searching for options to make their house more comfortable, less expensive to maintain and easier to sell. We cater to builders who would like to build EnergyStar qualified homes. Bixler E & E provides audits and assessments, recommends renovation and/or retrofit strategy, oversees renovations and/or retrofits and conducts performance tests to assess the effectiveness of work and provide the customer with a “score card” of their home’s performance.
