Great service. Very thorough work. Employee George was professional, polite, and responsive. I was especially happy with the dryer vent cleaning. I will use Bills again in the future for all of this. Much better than the previous companies I’ve used over the years.

Spot removal is an extra charge, but it is well worth it.

Bill's has been cleaning the carpets in our house for several years. They are punctual, professional, and do a very good job. They do charge extra for especially tough stains, like red wine, but the results are amazing. I will definitely continue to use them on a regular basis.

Didn't know this company but I called them last minute in a panic because to have carpets cleaned on a rental house. They came within 3 hours, cleaned fast and gave great instructions for care...all just in time for the tenant to move in. Really appreciated that one of the young workers saw me carrying too much and stopped to help. Will definitely use them again! Thanks Guys!

Every time they’ve been out they have been on time. They take their time and they are careful and they’ve always done a really good job. I have tried to go with other companies, they cost a little bit more than other companies, not too much more but when I try another company when they leave my eyes starts burning.  I mentioned it to them and they said many years ago they use to have that problem but then they found a cleaner solution that does not do that.

I always like them and they do a really good job.  Their chemicals don’t burn my eye. I used them up until about a year or two ago because I haven’t cleaned anything, not because they did a bad job or anything, I had asked them to cleaned one chair and the guy said it was silk and they would do it a little bit differently so they don’t ruin it. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. They call every 3 or 6 months to see if you need any cleaning done. They are very professional.

They were 30 minutes late. Two young men were here. They brought in all their equipment and finished fairly quickly. The carpet didn't look much different (cleaner). I had to point out a couple of stains that had not been addressed.

Brandon arrived right on time. He explained all options and went to work. Brandon really knows carpet cleaning. The end result was great! We will definitely use Bills Carpet Care in the future! Excellent service!

Nick and Brandon arrived right on time. They were very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We have used another service before, but Bill's is so much better. We will definitely use them again.

Their guy showed up right on time, explained what he was going to do first and then proceeded to bring in his equipment. I showed him a couple of spots on the carpet and he said they should be no problem. He cleaned everything very well and even removed the spots. He was very courteous and polite. The whole operation was about an hour. I chose the Standard Steam Clean and since I mentioned their website, they discounted the price $5.00

The employee called to say they would be a few minutes late and asked if that would be ok. I said that would be fine. They arrived only just a few minutes late. They reviewed what needed to be done and promptly went to work. The work was done expertly and the two employees were very professional and courteous. Very satisfied with their work.

I found Bill's on Angies List and gave them a call on Monday. I told them what I needed, and they quoted me a price of $49.95. When I told them I had found them on Angies List, they knocked $5 off the price. We set an appointment for the next day at 9:00 a.m.
The following day, Nick and his partner showed up on time. I showed them which rooms were to be done, and they went to work. They were done in 20 minutes! Everything was cleaned perfectly.
I will never rent another cleaning machine from the grocery store! After the rental cost, the cost of cleaner solutions, de-foamers, and the time it takes to do the job, Bill's is an absolute bargain. I told Nick this, and he said, "That's what everybody says!"

As always, Bill's guys did a great job. They were on time, careful, professional.

The service is excellent, I have been very pleased. The very first time we called them was on a Saturday afternoon when my floor was flooded. They came out right away and cleaned it up. I also like how I called them right before a holiday and they were able to get to me right away.

We've used Bill's Carpet Care for years and plan to continue doing so. They are responsive, punctual, professional and reasonably priced. It a pleasure doing business with them.
