BIG BEND EUBANKS TERMITE

I do not believe the company did their original inspection prior to treatment nor of the annual inspections for the past 6 years if their claim is true that this was prior damage. I had extensive damage to the garage wood trim and header. If prior damage is accurate, no report was given exempting coverage. The only other explanation is the area was not treated properly and damage occurred during contract coverage of the past 6 years.

The company had a bond on six of my investment properties plus my personal home for many years. I trusted them. They treated one of my duplexes for termites in 2014 and I maintained a bond since. It was discovered by accident that there was obvious extensive damage to the entire garage door frame and header. In 6 years of inspections this was never reported by the company, When this was reported to them along with photos they contend this was prior damage. They sent out a “trusted” friend to give me an estimate of over $8,000 in damages, not for them to repair but for me to hire, this was repaired by a general contractor for a quarter of that quote. When I was asked to meet at their office they refused to admit this was overlooked by them. This was prior damage and we did not have a repair bond included in my bond. We were told to leave their office. I lost confidence in them and their good ole boy network of integrity. They do not stand behind their work meaning their bond and annual inspections which was done just months before discovery of damage and I had extended another 5 years. If this was prior damage why did they not report this to me in 6 years of treatment and annual inspections when there were screw driver holes found in the wood by my contractor which the owner said they only did visual inspections and did not probe during inspections.

They are reliable, they are thorough, and punctual.
