BEWARE OF THIS CROOK!!!!!!!
This was our first experience with a Contractor.  He was a fast talker like a used car salesman on crack.  We thought he would do a fabulous job.  We ended up with the worst quality work you could even think of.  We had animals chew through our water pipes and the insurance company paid to have our home basically rebuilt.  Only it really wasn't. We couldn't stay in the house because of mold and the house had to basically be rebuilt we had to put all of our stuff in storage.  He really talked a good game but because we worked full time we had a hard time getting out there to keep an eye on his work.  Everytime you talked to him about something he would say I am going to do that.  He was supposed to replace most of our floors and ended up replacing 1 4X4 piece of plywood and painted the top of the rest.  He told us it was to prevent mold coming trough again. if you do decide to go with this crook are: Do not leave him alone to do the work as soon as your back is turned he will cut corners and not do what is required, Do not let him install carpet you will end up with rolls all trough it, do not let him install cabinents, Do not let him install anything in your bathroom or kitchen it will not be sealed correctly and will leak.  Charged us with the garbage from all jobs.  Wouldn't show up to work till 10 or 11 am and would quit at 3 or 4 PM. I really hope after reading this you do not use him at all.  He hired an unlicensed plumer to do our pluming and our water pressure has not been the same since.  Just an all around shady character.
