Great staff.

Karen Mishler helped us greatly. She was very knowledgable and very helpful us choose a mattress. We had a good experience and will be going to Ashley Furniture again for home purchases.

Delivered broken (and BADLY repaired) furniture. The driver claimed it was not his responsibility to take them back to the warehouse. He said someone else would bring replacements and pick up the damaged ones. When I called to arrange for the exchange, I was told that since I "accepted" the furniture, I would have to have a technician inspect the furniture. He tried to to talk me into just repairing the furniture, but I refused that. I then had to call Ashley Furniture again to arrange for an exchange. It took them three weeks to get me the new furniture. When the driver got here, he had not been informed that he was supposed to replace two seat cushions in addition to delivering the new furniture. He said I would have to arrange for a technician. He clearly saw my frustration and was nice enough to replace the cushions himself. This last delivery driver was the only helpful individual at the company. Very poor customer service. I had to wait at home during a three hour window THREE times to get my furniture.
