My home warranty company sent them out to repair my microwave. However, they were unable to fix our microwave. The techs were nice and responsive.

I need to put this in perspective, I have just wasted three hours of my life writing and rewriting this review, that's how bad Appliance Service Center is. Please don't use his company.
I was contacted by my home warranty company and told Appliance Service Center would be fixing our oven. I was informed they would contact me quickly and when I had not heard from them in a few days, I went ahead and called them. I was given a time slot of 9-11 when they would be there. They showed up at the scheduled time and I was told they needed to order a part for the oven. Another appointment was scheduled five days later to put in the new part, again from 9-11. The morning of the scheduled appointment they contacted me to cancel because the repairman was out of town. It was rescheduled for a few days later and I got another call that morning with the same excuse. The third time I had had to schedule another appointment a week later as they wouldn't come out the next day, despite being inconvenienced twice in the last week. The repairman came back out and apparently put in the new part. That night excited to use my newly repaired oven, I discovered it was still broken with the same problem. Later we found out no parts had been replaced.
Frustrated that my oven was still broken, I called and left a message and never heard back from them. I called several times and was finally able to get someone on the phone. We were able to get another 9-11 appointment the following Friday. My husband, also frustrated by the run-around , stayed home to wait for them. That morning I received a call from Chris saying he was calling to set up an afternoon appointment for that day. I explained my husband was currently waiting at the house for him. He seemed to be unaware of the previous commitment and told me he would try to get out there as soon as possible. He stopped by three hours later and said we needed another part and he would try to get it the same day. Chris said he had to go to Quincy (a nearby town) and would call back after he picked up the part. No return, no call, nothing.
We called back and never heard from them despite leaving messages. We finally spoke to Alex and he then told us the part was not in yet. I got the distinct impression he was lying. He told me it would be in the following week and we made an appointment for that Friday. Again, no call, no show. I called and left a message explaining my frustration and needed someone to call me back ASAP. Nothing. I was done.
After months of not having an oven, I finally called someone else. The new company came out and promptly fixed the problem; same day and it actually works. Amazing.
It is obvious from their treatment of customers to their overall attitude these people do not care. We are not complainers but we do not want anyone to go through what we went through. These people do not deserve your business.

i would recommend this company for any repairs. They are reasonable in price, prompt , do what they say they will do and do not play with the charges.
