"We apologize that the job was not done to your satisfaction. We did a walk through with you at the end, and went back and re-did things you said weren't acceptable. When we left that day, you said you were pleased. We also said that if you found anything else to let us know as we guarantee our work and we wanted you to be 100% pleased. Your house was cleaned over four months ago....and this is the first we have heard anything about you not being happy. The windows you reference in your review have moisture on the inside and there was nothing that we could have done to fix that. Your tile walls in the shower were thoroughly cleaned and we stated that the mold was removed but the staining was still there. We also told you the day we gave you an estimate....that it was just that, an estimate of the time we thought it would take to complete the job. We even called you to let you know the job was taking longer than we originally thought and you said for us to continue with the process. We pride ourselves on a job well done and we want our clients to be 100% satisfied. Had you called us before moving in and living in the house for the past 4 &1/2 months we would have gladly come back at no additional cost to you."
