Went Extremely well. Friends recommended someone at this company who was no longer there, so I started dealing with Ron. Very up front and professional. Told him what I was looking for and in what price range, he got me pre-approved and had estimates in my hand the same day. He has done everything in his power to make sure the loan was structured the way I wanted and worked with me to get the best rate we could. Also pointed out places where I could save some cash or get more money back at closing. I am actually getting back everything I paid out up front and walking away with some extra cash at closing.
