They are terrific.  I actually have a rental property and I use them.  I may not have used them for may be a year but over the years I've used them about seven or eight times because I have a fourplex.  I get nothing but good service from them.  They are not cheaper than anybody else and on the other hand it keeps going up.  They are honest, you can rely on them and I have a lot of respect for them.  They are excellent to deal with.  My daughter uses them too.  I actually even looked around for somebody cheaper and I did use somebody a little cheaper but the work wasn't as good.  There is no question about their quality of work.  They came very quickly and they were pleasant to deal with.  There is just nothing bad about them.  They are professional people and they've been around for a long time so you can rely on them.  You can't expect to call on a Sunday and have somebody there on Monday morning.  I have never had any complains.  They send the same people all the time.  It just doesn't pay to get somebody cheaper.
