A TO Z HOME INSPECTIONS

First, we were moving from out of state and only had one day to find a home inspector after having our offer accepted. Bobby canceled his vacation to assure that we received our home inspection while we were still in Tallahassee. His knowledge and patience with me were excellent. He took the extra time to explain issues and answer any questions. All three reports were complete, professional and very quickly delivered. He provided detailed information, an overall summary and good digital photos of the minor items that needed repair. Most important: he was very familiar with the area and local builders, providing additional information that was very valuable.

Very, very well. Mr. Ryon called me to set up an appointment, told me billing procedures (I currently live out of the Tallahassee area), gave me a complete overview of what he would be conducting. He e-mailed to reconfirm, was punctual, efficient, and the feedback was within 24 hours via email.
