We have used Rock Solid for a number of years with excellent results. The agent always arrives on time, asks about any particular problems and then goes about the treatment. They do not use sprays but solid material which is placed in specific places about the house, inside and out. If a problem develops during the year they will come out to treat it. We almost never have to call for such work and have been very pleased over the years with how few bugs we ever see, alive or dead.
Their people are pleasant and courteous. They are very professional and we have had the same person treat our home for a number of years. It is nice to know who will be at the door and always on time.
A nice feature is that we can pay over 3 months and some years this has been a big help for us.

When I was closing on a house, a co-worker recommended hiring Rock Solid to pest-proof the house. I am so glad I did. I see plenty of wildlife outside in the neighborhood, but none in my house.

They are really good. They don't spray and we don't have bug spray all over the wall. We have the same person that comes every time. They call me up and say it's time for the service. They tell me that they would do termite control this year and want to let me know that they were coming. We are happy with him. I don't deal with people but they come once or twice and do a good job.
