The design work was top notch. I have a bit of design background myself and he seemed to be resistant to my tweaking suggestions. My wife loved the design.

Everything went incredibly well. The time frame was @5 months, and it was done within that time frame, even though I made some changes and additions during the work! The workers were all amazing, and the house, though in a wild state of disrepair during a lot of it, was accessible to me at all times. I was able to retain the use of one bedroom and the kitchen and a bathroom, so except for the few days when the staircase was being built, I never had to and quot;leave my homeand quot;. VERY nice!
The owner, Kip Carpenter was on it at all times, and always made sure things were going the way I expected, and how i preferred. VERY serious customer service from start to finish, both by Kip, and his office manager, Melinda.
They kept me apprised of where we were in the construction and when payments were due with notice. Helpful for me!
All in all, it was an amazing experience and the results were just beautiful. I am glad I called them!

From beginning to end my experience with Carpenter's construction was excellent. Kip Carpenter was quick to respond to questions and address any concerns I had. When construction was delayed by subcontractors, Kip explained the problems and addressed the issue quickly to my satisfaction. Carpenter's standard building practice included components that were in all cases above the cheapest usually included in original estimates.
