After I was scam by another company Florentino from sunny side came to help,this gentleman is a magician of air conditioner ,he knows what his doing, in 10 years leaving in my house I never have my air conditioner running the way is working now. After a lot of frustration thank God I found this company , the good thing is that he understood my frustration and was very patient and friendly, he explain to me with good detail the problem I was having and how much its going to cost me, Floretino from Sunny side was very honest and told me that because the job that the other company did was not well done the unit suffer extra damage, but anyway he gave me a discount , very honest and good company!! I am super happy with sunny side services.

He did an excellent job installing a brand new central A/C, he was honest and nice to me and my 80 year-old mother. He explained everything, he also obtain the permit from the City of Hollywood, Fl. I will recommend him to all my family and friends specially if you have an 80-year-old Mom. I am extremely happy with the service he gave us. To all the property managers out there I really recommend him.

The new box was installed quickly and professionally. We were very impressed! Excellent work!

Florentino and his son Kelvin did the work. We went back and forth with several quotes for different units before finally deciding on one that we liked. They accommodated our wishes very well. The work took a full two days--longer than expected--because they ran into some unexpected issues with our wiring not being compatible for the new unit. They were very thorough in making sure it was done correctly even though it took extra time.

They were ok, they were alright. I wondered later if my air conditioner rally needed service. I didn't really want to say anything negative. They were good people. He was a nice guy. He had a young kid with them that kept leaving my gate open so I had to give him a lecture about what can happen when you leave the gate open with a pool. Children can drown and dogs can get out and be run over. So I terrified the kid, he wont do that again. Young kids, they just don't know. Everything turned out ok. Everything went smoothly, he was good.

He was very knowledgeable and proceeded to show me the problem and explain everything he was doing. I would highly recommend him.

It was good! There was some external work, that the technician recommended at that time, so I think we paid him $150 more. They guy did the job. The guy was good, he recommended what was needed & what was not needed. He stood behind his service, like if anything would go wrong, he will come back and fix it.

Florentino did an amazing job. He really cares about his customers and it shows. I have rarely met someone that cares this much about making sure their customers are happy. I would highly recommend him to anyone for A/C related concerns. Very impressed!!!

Great, Florentino was on time and did a great job for a very fair price. He does the work himself with his assistant. Both were professional and polite.

Excellent service backed my know-how and experience. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly he is very professional, courteous and very honest. Unfortunately there are many contractors that are out to make a buck by taking advantage of clients. It It is refreshing to come across someone like Florentino who does excellent work and charges a fair fee for his services. He is also quick to respond and attend to the needs of his clients. I highly highly recommend him. 

Use this guy! Fiorentino first told me I did not need the coil cleaned as I thought. He cleaned the drain inside and the compressor outside. Also; he re-insulated the outside copper lines. The pressure levels were checked and were good. I have had two other service calls from different companies, but Florintino was able to give me some advice that I had not received from the others. I was very comfortable with him.

We called Florentino today Sunday evening for our mothers Air Conditioning which had stopped working.  She is elderly and needs to have air conditioning for health reasons.  He came right out and was there when he said he would be, actually was earlier than stated.   He was professional, knowledgable and courteous and got the a/c working.   Thank you so much for coming at such short notice to help our mom.   We so appreciate it and would definitely use his services again, and highly recommend him
to others.   

Florentino was very professional and friendly. He tested the HVAC system and pointed out that the styrofoam that was surrounding the system inside should not be covering it, so I removed it. He replaced a sheath cover that was worn and fraid and let me know about options to upgrade my thermostat with a digital remote access type if that was something useful to me, since I travel often. I would recommend this company again and will use them in the future as needed.

Lightning struck Compressor starting torque and Motor run capacitor. Technician was called and he arrived on time. Removed the old Compressor starting torque and Motor run capacitor from the outside unit. He then placed the new models into the air conditioner performed a check air conditioner now in service was up and running, job done.

The provider was recommended by a family friend. My wife and I purchased a home back in May 2015 and the system that we had within the house was not the recommended tonnage for the size ( we had a 4 ton system and needed a 5 ton system). After weeks of constantly putting refrigerant in the old system, I did my research and determined that the system that my home need was a Carrier 2-stage AC Unit, 18 SEER. I got quotes from other companies and although the price may have been lower as well as receiving FPL rebates, we decide to have Sunny Side to get the job because they offered 3 years of maintenance. The price of the installation, unit, thermostat was 6300.00. They installed the system in a day. The system is great system, we had issues with the defective thermostat, and it was replaced promptly. I would strongly recommend Sunny Side Air
