SoFlo Flips did a great job on my project - They contacted me on a Thursday, and the job was done Monday afternoon. They creatively worked around my issues on the plan, purchased the items, picked them up, and even gave me a lift to an ATM to withdraw their payment. Great job! Would definitely work with them again. -m

DO NOT TRUST THIS ARE CROOKS!! UPDATE 09/05/19: I finally received the refund check from SOFLO Flips, with a well deserved apology. Pretend they know how, Give you a quote, ASK FOR DOWN PAYMENT, DO NOT DO THE WORK, THEN REFUSE TO RETURN DOWN PAYMENT MONEY. If I could give them a negative number, I would. This company came to my house pretended they know how to the work and gave me a quote. The day the work was supposed to start the person did not show then SOFLO (Jessica) called and begged to get a second chance. They came Made a big Hole on my ceiling and spent the rest of the day outside on the Phone instead of working. Since an additional part was needed, we rescheduled for 3 days later. They did not show up. I called, texted, Emailed and kept getting excuses. At this point I was contacting 3 different SOFLO employees, all giving me the run around while I still had a HOLE in the middle of my kitchen. Over a 1.5 weeks later they finally sent someone that was not familiar with the work, tried to do something for 3 hours and did not accomplished anything. Then the 2 SOFLO techs agreed that they did not know how to do the work and they promised to give me my deposit back ($300) plus $200 for a different company to come and fix the problem (compensate for time, material wasted and fix the ceiling) or they will give me the $300 back and fix the ceiling holes for free after the work was done (by different company) instead of the additional $200. After the pipe was fixed (different company) I called SOFLO to fix the ceiling and they started to give me the Run around again. Weeks later (1 month since start) finally someone showed up, but did not cover any of the holes (he seem to be having a hard time figuring out how to hang drywall!!!). NOTHING was done and I still have not received the Refund or the money and I had to pay to cover the Hole they made in the middle of my kitchen. They first kept giving excuses for sending the money then stop answering all together (STILL NO MONEY BACK).

SoFlo Flips is an great company to hire for your house projects. They do an amazing job and make sure their work is up to your expectations. Their customer service is outstanding. I will surely hire them again for additional projects I have upcoming.

This is after they left... I need kitchen cabinets painted. Artful person we are not doing the same old kitchen. The kitchen is a galley kitchen it?s almost done. 9 doors and closets doors painted. And then based. I would like 2 painters for 2 days from 10-7 Please. Diana Sxxxx 201xxxxxxxx miami Sxxxxx fl. Oh. yeah they took my paint. They tried to get paid before finishing work. They abandoned the job completely. All they did was gone back and forth wasting time. There good. Beware. They really almost completely got me. But Bryan I still have $600 you did not get. You should be ashamed of yourself. Terrible fake company.

SoFlo flips is great. Brian and Anthony did a fantastic job. These guys were very professional, hard working and do great work. Highly recommended!

Alex did a repair on a granite countertop that I thought might be beyond repair. In the end it came out much better than I thought was possible. Great work with a great price. I highly recommend SoFlo!
