Recently I made an appointment for their grooming at Scarbrough Animal Hospital. When I took them in, they told me my dogs are not up to date on their vaccine since they are missing their Bordetella vaccine. I told them, they never been vaccinated with Bordetella, since their life style doesn't warrant it plus if they would need it my vet would have provided it to them. They called my vet's office to confirm it. After speaking to them, I was told that I either pay $17 for each dog to get the vaccine or find another groomer. Well I did find another groomer closer to my house, doing a better job and less expensive without being forced to vaccinate my dogs with unnecessary chemicals, antigenic materials that can make them sick and BTW won't even protect them for about 7-14 days...
They were very wonderful with us and especially our dogs.
