Ross Electrical Solutions Inc.

We hired Ross Electric Solutions, Inc. to change all the receptacles at the house and put in some recess lighting and a week later they were not working. We called the owner Phil and he was very rude and even though he has a 1 year warranty he wanted cash up front to come to assess the problem. He is trying to take advantage of my sister and I and he did not do a good job. All the recess lights he put in and the receptacles are not working on one side of the house. Numerous of times we have contacted him and refuses to come out unless we give him CASH only before to see the problem.

The job turned out to be far more involved than is normal.  The template of the old microwave was not compatible with the template of the new microwave and had to be removed and the new one installed.  Additionally, the places where the toggle bolts were supposed to be drilled through the bottom of the overhead cabinet  were blocked by  pieces of wood previously in place to surround an old stove vent so the cabinet floor  had to be reconfigured so that holes could be drilled to accommodate the toggle bolts.  .  This  involved adding wood boards and sheetrock.  Also had to place sheet rock on the underside of the top of the cabinet to cover a large hole.  What this man did was more than just electrical work.  Throughout the entire job, he maintained his professionalism, met each new challenge with an idea of how to surmount it and worked steadily.  This was not an easy job.  He was here a little over two hours.  He charges $60 an hour so I feel like it was a bargain and I'd use him again.
