The pipe was damaged and was leaking for a while. I finally called Paul to get it repaired. This is the second time I call Paul for a job. The first time I called Paul, he fixed a broken shower water mixer. He's reliable and gets the job done. He arrived on time for our appointment although I expected him to be late because of a huge rain storm. He assessed the leak, explained the problem, and gave me the quote. I agreed with the quote. He fixed the pipe, explained and showed me what he did, and cleaned up the area he worked in. As I said, he's reliable and gets the job done.

Amazing! Paul came with his camera and his auger the same day that we called. The whole house was backing up and flooding but Paul fixed everything!

Paul from Plumbing Paramedics is great, he came by and managed to find the right way to get at our outflow (there's been some construction on top of the easy access) and end what was a very nasty clog that was causing sewage to dump out right next to our house. Showed up on time, and gave us some good advice on how to keep it from happening again.
Any future plumbing needs will likely go through Paul, as it's just great to have an honest assessment in an industry plagued with price gougers.

Paul was as professional as they come. He was easy to make an appointment with and showed up right on time. I had already gotten two other quotes before he came and he was definitely competitively (and better) priced. Since I knew I wanted to use him, he agreed to do the job on the spot.  He went and got the parts he needed and promptly returned. The job made a bit of a mess in the bathroom due to some old ceramic tiles, but he cleaned everything up as he had found it. He was fair and honest - highly recommend his services to anyone.
