They completely screwed up our kitchen meditation. We should have used better contractors but we did not. And basically they did one disaster after. Yesterday, as a result to them, they were at the wrong sink to the countertop company. Prior to that, they have been more of the other areas in the mission. We did pick out the type of sink and we purchased that and they leave that to the countertop company and they delivered the wrong sink to the company. We have not able to get the right sink and there were no apologies. When the work maintain to demolish the kitchen, the rest of the walls standing that is supposed to be demolish, and so they had to come back again and that set us back 3 or 4 days. And then when the tilers are working there, they did not keep a schedule and keep top of the tilers. That was not done at the right time. I will never use them again. They did not stay within our budget. We sold at the time that they were helpful and knowledgeable but we have since discovered that they are not. Because there were three separate incidents with them bringing up the most, the wrong item. And this sink was like the first and third one that they had nothing correctly that we paid for. .

I would not recommend them and I have used them before and it is like why did I use them again. I am very disappointed. They are very slow to give me a product and when I call it takes forever to get to me. They don’t even come close to do it on time. I am still waiting for Countertops. They are installing it on Monday and they should have installed at least on last Monday but there one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing and no good follow through. They are terrible. One person tells me something and it is not true, I was told how long it would take to get the counter tops and that was not true. When it finally came in nobody made an appointment for the people to install it and gave excuse of 4 day July holiday but they knew about it before that so I am not happy. The price is like everybody else.

The purchase went fine.

The retail guy in plumbing explained that the labor cost of replacing and installing my kitchen sink would be $209 plus $50 for removing my old cast iron sink and $35 for the initial measurement which I signed up for. It was further explained to me that there would be no additional cost for reconnecting my reverse osmosis faucet. About a week or so later after the measurement visit, Lowes came back with an installation price of approximate $495. After some discussion,Lowes dropped the installation price to approx $376. Although the installation cost was above the $259 originally described, it seemed reasonable compared to a couple of verbal quotes I had received over the phone so I went ahead. When I got to the store to sign the final contract and select my sink and faucet they were confused as to what was needed for the installation, as if the guy who came out and measured had failed to communicate what he had found. I ended up buying extra pipes but was told I could return them if not needed. The actual installation was just okay. They didn't have all the right size parts so they ended up putting a sleeve on the drain pipe. Additionally, the plumber failed to relieve the pressure in the reverse osmosis tank and this resulted in water being spilled inside my cabinet. Furthermore, they did not clean up the glue from the old sink which I ended up scrapping off. However, the reason I would use Lowes again is that to their credit, they followed up with a customer satisfaction call. Whereby I described my experience and they reduced my charge by $100. I believe Lowes will ultimately stand behind there products and installers which is why I choose them in the first place.

I used the gift card to purchase potting mix and liquid fertilizer. They provide good customer service and are more organized than other stores which makes the shopping experience an easy process.

See above NOTE: Approximate service date mentioned above. This report will not summit with a date, however the service has not yet been completed. I entered todays date as today was the most recent date I checked with Lowes about the issue. This is ongoing and not done yet.

We selected Lowes over other window installers because they had a slightly longer warranty and advised they could get the job done faster. Our sales rep Rick from the Sunrise, Fl location said "Oh Lowes is a great company to use for installation and we've only had 1 problem with 1 window since I've been working here". Initially the estimate was thousands of dollars higher then some of the others we got from Angie's List companies. When we brought this up Lowes attention Rick lowered the price to 800 dollars over the closest competator. Stating he couldnt go lower and we were getting quality work. Also LOWES made us pay in full weeks before the project began. The first step was pulling permits and that is the only step I can say they honestly handled well. They quoted us a "2 day" installation (starting July 30th) but it has taken close to 2 weeks. On Aug 09, 2012 our house failed inspections by the city of Plantation. Two main reasons the installation failed 1) there are screws missing from the windows that were installed and 2) both sliding glass doors are defective due to a pressure issue or missing a pressure sticker/certification decal. Im not even sure I understand what that means but all I know is today Monday Aug 13, 2012 a manager from Lowes said "the contractor will call you today" and here I am at 11 o'clock at night warning all of you out there that LOWES is not the company I thought it was. I wish we selected someone else. We are literally stuck waiting for them to do the right thing and fix it. In short, we're all just very disappointed.

I went in to Lowe's, picked up my fan, and bought it. I think they have a better array of products and better quality than Home Depot. Price doesn't always bother me as long as I like what I am getting.

It was in and out, pretty convenient. I live right across the street so I will continue to use them.

I purchased a new opener because it was on sale and they offered installation at a very reasonable price.The installer came on time and had it up in no time at all. The circuit board was defective and I called to get a replacement. The installer came back and hooked it up and everything, so far, has been fine.
